Hi all newbie here and sorry for this question as a first!
im in process of buying an up an running test station and just passed my AE course, but was wondering if anyone has any experience filling in the vt01 form? Looks a mission?
also I've read lots on here already about changing owner of premises but will vosa need to see land registry in my name first before setting the station up in new company name and everything.
im looking to takeover from 1st October so I'm getting myself a head of the game hopefully, although I'm sure it won't happen seamlessly!

Are you buying the site on a mortgage, or leasing the site. Either way you will need to provide a copy of the documents to show you have control of the site. Not too difficult, a copy of mortgage documents or a signed lease should suffice. Read the guidance notes for the VT01 carefully before completing, but try and submit the application ASAP to allow you to time to obtain the relevant paperwork.
